Return & Exchange
Return Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
  • If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days after the purchase date for a return authorization.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be in resaleable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
  • Within 14 working days of us receiving your return at our office, we will refund the full amount to your bank account and send you an email stating that your return is complete.

Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice.
  • Please send us an email right away to specify the design, color and SKU number you would like to exchange your previous order for, so that we can place the new order on hold for you.
  • If there is a deficit in the total value between the new and the original order, the difference must be paid by the customer in advance of the exchange. On the other hand, if there is a surplus between the total value of the new and original order, the amount will be returned to the customer after delivery of the new order.
  • The product will be inspected upon receipt. All exchanges must be in resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
